Gem purchase failed to post gems

I made a purchase of 530 gens. The game hung during the purchase and I reset the game. When I tried to repeat the purchase, it says that I already purchased the gems and attempts to restore the purchase. The game then again hangs and I must reset it. I have unable to receive the gems.
