I've made a special 1-off thread to answer this question as it has been asked so many times.
You will always find all prize info and inventory info on the first page of every thread.
So, where is Hewitt the final prize from the Going Gnome event?
Citizen Hewitt (kingdom Walker) goes direct to your board not inventory.
You will get a notification to say your final individual prize is in your inventory but this pop-up is the standard template and for a kingdom walker isn't accurate. I guarantee you he's on your board already!
You can store any citizen through the Town Square. No one has hit the citizen cap yet, so for this event, Hewitt on his gnome horse is wandering through your kingdom. Go into edit mode to see him more easily as he is tiny (a bit smaller than other walkers like Thurston for example).
