Game Freezing

Every time I try to send an order or discard one or try to send gifts, the game just freezes with the picture of the chicken keeping walking. I then have to close the game down and all my crops and items I've made are there to be collected again. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I rectify it please. Thank You.

Have you check your connection? The game is trying to connect to Storm8 servers when the chicken walks. Make sure you have a reliable network or try using a different network.
