View Full Version : How do I contact s8 bought rainbow pots and had reset issue

I bought a bunch of rainbow pots and when I had 2 left the game reset and a rainbow pit disappeared and the last pot I did chop gave me an expansion permit I counted each time I got one after reset and saw I was missing a pot I chopped last one and the game crashed...when I got back in game all pots were gone and when I checked my inventory I saw I only had 2 expansion permits and I am 100% positive I am supposed to have 3...how do I contact s8 to see if I can get missing pot and permit? Thanks for any help

I feel stupid I checked bugs and saw how to contact support and wrote a ticket just sucks I have to wait till Monday for them to even see it I hope it gets resolved I spend a good amount of money and the few times I have had issues they have helped I am hoping for help again...this can be closed or moved and so sorry I should have looked a little longer before posting

There is limited staff on over the weekends.
