Can't quest and craft all possibilities

I can't quest and craft not all possibilities in the game. It shows only a few things to craft or quest. I deinstall the game and install the newest version of it again. But it doesn't work. Please check it and help me.

There have been changes in the game. Make sure you are playing the most current version of the regular game( not a seasonal version).
