Quest outpost changed forever?

The Quest for gemstones has been removed from the quest Outpost. In the Bingo one of the options was to start the gemstone Quest. I do not see it there anymore... Is it gone forever? PS you did not give me enough time to do all the things I wanted to do so I lost all my gems I'm assuming... Not cool
