Ugh darn, I don't have a cosmic dragon. Maybe if I breed Neo Diamons with Lonestar (which has cosmic and yellow in it), that could work.

You can craft a Cosmic Dragon (Under Codex) for 10 essences.

I dont think it's fair to require a dragon people don't have already. That's not right. Its must be available another way wirhout cosmic right? Half the people shouldn't even bother with tales. These commons are hard enough to get already without having to bred cosmic first. I've been trying for cosmic for months now. That's great . Thanks s8

Well I guess now I'm trying to breed a Cosmic dragon lol . . . 18 hour Peacock on the first try. I'm happy because I needed that one but sad because I am no closer to getting Venus :(

Edit: It's probably Trickster actually. Now I'm even sadder.

Do you have any dragons that are part cosmic? That maybe have a cosmic element but also another one? You could use one of those (for example, Creator, Lonestar, Pluto, etc.)

I bred another Venus using Water and Air (trying for Mist). You don't have to have a cosmic anything to breed this!

The instructions say to breed yellow and blue. But, everyone is getting this dragon with Air x Cosmic (or yellow hybrids and cosmic hybrids that have no blue in them, whatsoever).

Are the in-game breeding instructions incorrect?

It could be bred using blue/yellow or cosmic type/yellow.

Wow So I got it with hypernova and air, after one fail with pluto and air, which was a sunbeam that I didn't have. So I did not expect that, when there was 32 possible dragons from that breeding, with 6 commons. Thanks S8. too bad I dont have enough food to finish the tales. :(

I just put neo blue and neo yellow in the breeding den(for bingo) and got Venus, I didn't even realize I bred it so quickly until the egg appeared on the nest . I thought I had to use cosmic and yellow to get it, but I guess I was wrong....

I didn't have a pure Cosmic so tried Magic Lamp and Air. Got 4 hr timer after a few tries and an exciting Peacock fail. There are only 6 other possibilities with this combo and one of those is a Cosmic which I was kinda hoping for.

Currently, you can only get one each through craft. (However, for breedable Dragons you can always breed dupes. )

So if you already have a Cosmic Dragon, you will not see the option to craft one in the Codex.

I got Venus with Cosmic X Air last night.
It only has 3 fails and the common fail (Genie) is only 8 hours. I got one of each of the fails before getting Venus. Not bad.
Before trying Cosmic X Air, I tried using various Cosmic hybrids (Saturn, Crescent, Stargazer) with Air and got a bunch of fails, including a 21 hr. Social. Ugh.

It doesn't matter, as long as it has yellow in it. I would use Air, since it is a pure yellow and that way, other colours won't get in there and provide more options, but tecnhically you could use anything with yellow in it.

I'm on the same situation. Only Volt, Mist, Rainbow, Ambassador, Cosmos. Still no Venus. One and half hour ago start ch. 8 and again have to skip steps with gold :(:mad::mad::mad:

7 tries and still no Venus, I've tried Air & Cosmic 4 times, Air & water twice, wasted 2 days now. Just giving up on this challenge.
