I would suggest the following (if you have not already done them):

1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Shut down your device for 10-15 minutes, then power it back on.
3. Uninstall and re-install the app.
4. Check your available memory and, if necessary, remove unused apps, transfer and delete files, open up memory any way you can.

If none of that works, flag down Rynetory2 and hopefully she can help you with contacting Support.

Looks like it's a device issue either on your processor, memory and space or combination. I like you to try the suggestions under sections Device Performance Issues and Display/Graphics Issues in https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?88875-Please-read-this-before-posting-bug-reports&p=1301035&viewfull=1#post1301035

Reinstall your game
Clear cache and make plenty of space
Dont run other apps while running Farm 2 to free your processor

I would suggest that once the images are loaded in your game,
- store some decorations from it, especially the animated ones
- make sure you have collected all crafts on your machines
- worst case - dont try unless you have no other choices - reduce your neighbourhood if you have close to 1,000
- take note that visiting other farms will load new images unto your device

How do I clear cache? I reinstalled game. Nothing. Will try storing stuff.

Sorry, what do you mean by running other apps. They are closed on my iPad.

Clear cache - go to Safari in Settings app on iOS device and click [Clear History and Website Data]

Good that you dont have other apps running in the background.

Thank you! Hopefully that’s the problem.
