I want to change the name of my city ville can i do this or do i have to start again

Sadly there is no way to restart and it costs 10 City Cash (the in game currency that costs actual money to buy) to change your name. You do start with 10 City Cash but I'd only spend that on a name change if you are really certain that your current name has to go. Many folk talk about changing their names only to see another with it minutes later.
