What level is the last evolution?

The first evolution is 3->4 , next one 6->7 , last one before crystal 9->10

After buying the Noble Crystal (to raise dragons to level 15)

What is the level for the next evolution ?
there is an evolution at level 12->13 or the last one is at 14->15?

There is no evolution after they are level 10. Just feed them up

AFAIK once you hit level 10 you do not evolve at all you just move up to 15 by feeding.
