Didnt recieve my gems

Can anyone help,
I made a purchase of gems and the game kicked me out during processing, i got confirmation of payment yet havent recieved my gems.. this is just nuts!! Ive restarted multiple times, and made a ticket.. i know it will take forever for an answer.

That's happened to me a lot, I relog in and let it sit there, eventually they came in about 3-5 mins or so. If not contact support, but just restarting won't do it needs to process, hope this helps!
