Smoochie booth upgrade

When I click on the smoochie booth at level 9, it says I need 6 baron bears and 6 love letters to upgrade. The love letters are not showing up in my magic forge. I force closed and reinstalled and still nothing. How do I make the love letters to upgrade?

After you finish the part of The Heartbreaking Baron that you're currently on you'll see the Love Letter craft.
