Game recovery

Hi I recently bought a iPad 2 and cannot link my game from my iPhone 6 I read the posts on account recovery and it says my email is good but my password is not and will not let me any further to contact support to submit a ticket. I went into the game to my storm8 account and it prompts me to make a profile because that name is already taken! Omg I'm going nuts trying to link my game. Please help

Create a new profile, then you can log into your old profile. don't try to use your old profile from a virgin account.

If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device.
