Didn't get emotion dragon

I finished the tournament but didn't get the emotion dragon. I was running out of time and did ultimate attack for the last 2 dragons to make sure I won and the emotion dragon came up as the prize but was not in my storage. The game must have rolled back because the arena was ready for another battle when I just did a battle. It's not fair...i used a whole bunch of gems to speed thru many of the rounds and I still didn't get the prize and I should have. I want my dragon S8! The rollbacks are getting ridiculous and happen to me daily now. This is a problem that has to be fixed.

I recommend sending a ticket to support to recover your Emotion Dragon. Moderators and forum staff can't help with missing items. Good luck! :)
