Section of habitats Problem

I have a section of habitats in top left corner that I can not move habitat or move dragons when you click on them it says small stone anyone else come across this?

Have tried to upload screen shot but keeps failing

Please check and make sure you have the most updated version of the regular game. (not a seasonal version).
