Has anyone else tested Water against Christmas/Dark? I used Hydro Yak (Water/Nature) and Water was Weak and Nature was Neutral.


This sucker sure seems harder than normal. Guess that's why it's the King Cobra.

Someone has turned up my difficulty on tournaments...not happy. :(

round 1 - 3 fails with super rare level 15 animals of the correct element
round 2 - 1 time with a win finally!
round 3 - 2 fails !!
round 4 - 2 fails so far

it’s taken me 2 days to get to round 4!! If this wasn’t connected to a storybook I wouldn’t bother.

Things are much more difficult than they used to be. After many years of playing I might need to finally quit, this is quite ridiculous. :(

For the dragon try using Earth, Rainbow, Egypt, or Service. I haven't got that far, but I looked it up from a posting by mmumford on 4/22/17 during the April Birthstone pony post. I've beaten king cobra every round with plant from Maid Marian. Yes sometimes they get hard, but i have a few ultra rare animals n i use them all the time. Hercules used to be awesome as Superv rare but no more, Alice is better now

yes, stuck on Cinderelka and doesn't seem to be an animal used in recent previous tournaments, its a tough one to beat oddly, tried Crystal, earth and water multiple times... will keep trying though

I have been stuck on round 31; Icegator. I really want the King Cobra. I breeze thru til round 29. Thought I was going to win, now not so sure. Smh
I am up to round 45 now. I am hopeful. I always use my strongest animal with appropriate elements. They have gotten beat down a lot during this tournament.

I didn't hatch mine (King Cobra) yet and was wondering if I need to do it? I don't need the reward to go towards anything else, do I?

It has everything to do with it if you participate to all the events and finish all the goals. I'm skipping this SB and only 2 rewards with the latest WE (forest party). So I'm not close enough I guess. But some how I'm still trying for LOL. If I were you I would go for save and Hatch it. If you have the space for it of course. But it's all up to you.
I dont know how much time we all have for collecting royal scepters. Good luck.

Both my accounts didn't need the scepters, and since the Sultan Steed is a Royal/Earth combo I opted not to hatch mine. I have 8 Royal animals, and I'm not sure how good of a fighter they are. I think one of each element is all one really needs, unless they are excellent fighters like the rainbow or birthstone element. Plus it only has an 8 hour evolution. I like animals that have longer evolution times especially when the leaderboard is going, you can maximize your points when using a double boost.

I got to round #42, and got stuck. This is the closest I have ever come to finishing....
