Can't craft anything

Hoping for some help. I can't craft anything. There is a bugged working bar above the spell shop. I've tried everything including moving it, rebooting, checking on other devices, etc. I can't sell it either. The bar shows it is "working" but with 00:00 time. Any thoughts or others have this problem? It's been this way for awhile so I haven't been able to craft event dragons either. Thank you.

Please make sure you are playing version 2.7 or higher. We recommend that you delete any old seasonal versions like Isles of Love from your device. These versions don’t support current features.

Thank you! That did it. I removed and did a clean install with the original game and voila. Awesome :) Thanks again!!
