Where to get flying disembodied mushroom caps?

There's some mossy looking beam that the elves want but it requires a flying mushroom cap....where does that come from?

Toadlette soldiers, used to come from the level three + toadstool cottages as well but last time I needed them the cottage didn?t deliver

Ah, well I gave up on the toadstool thing pretty early so my cottage isn't upgraded enough....guess the elves are SOL in that ;)
