Dragon Story Map Request Issues

Is anyone else having issues with their map requests going through to their neighbors? I play on an android and have noticed a lot lately that my requests for maps must not be getting through to my neighbors. I know not all neighbors will accept the map request but I sent a request out this morning to 165 of my neighbors and only Stormies Park responded????

My theory is that you can only send 20 at a time - since I started doing this I am getting a much better response.

Only send twenty a day to players you know are active if you send more than twenty the game sends the request to Random neighbors. Same thing happens with tales requests.

Secondly jot down the people that request maps that way you know who is active.

Except those of us who are active but expanded fully... I don't tend to have time to visit neighbors either. But c'est la vie.
