Help I updated my 3 building to an level 8

With this update my level 8 building are back to a 7 and the resources have change ,Now they are not upgraded it took all my resources and the jeweler took 15 gold, and now it says I have to did it again this has to be bug ,has this happen to any body else , I have only did the 3 they asked us to, I finishes the jeweler today and went tap on it to finish the quest in my book,

You people that have level up some of your building to level 8 please check , to see if they are back to 7,I can't be,the only one this happen too

Which buildings did you have leveled up to 8 that went back down? Your Jeweler, Cathedral, Observatory is still at level 8.

Yes ,,I just went back and look again , are they adding level 9 is this where I'm getting confused

Yup we added level 9 :). Your buildings should never go down a level due to an update.

When I went to collect and the thingy pop up ,,to show I had to level up, when I knew I did .I just jumped to the wrong conclusion thanks for your help
