As I'm sure most of you will know, you can't get it back, and CityStory doesn't seem able to be reset, or transferred to another device by either of the methods shown in this thread http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?347-Getting-A-New-iPhone-4-How-To-Transfer-To-Your-New-Phone&

Does anyone know of anything else I can do or any way I can get my town hall back?
I'd appreciate this info if anyone has it to give.

You can buy one for 24 city cash, but I think you have to be level 20 first.

It unlocks before level 20. I'm at level 13 and can see it for purchase, but am not sure when it first appeared.
