Festive Flower help?

I have been trying to collect from it and it will not let me. The photo for the watch/timer thing just stays on loading. I have forced closed the game over and over. I can?t even put it in storage.
Anyone else having problems? What else should I try to do? I am losing out on collecting :(
And yes I wrote them but with the holiday I won?t hear back and the even will be half way over 😔
