I just sent a trouble ticket about the fact that tokens are no longer accessible for the latest dragon tales event making it impossible to get a token for either a glasswing dragon, tickets or apple boosts. I received an immediate response stating that the office is closed for the holiday and will not open until 1/2 2018. Does that mean that the customers who have earned rewards will not get them?
