Has this happened to anyone

This morning I was visiting a neighbor and all of a sudden the game lost connection. When I reopened the game 285 gems were missing. I have put in a ticket with support. This has never happened to me before and I was wondering if it happened to anyone else. If this has happened to anyone does S8 restore the missing gems. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Sorry to hear this happened... Please continue to work with support to resolve your issue. I'm afraid discussing comms with Support is not allowed on the forum so I'm going to close this thread. As to whether it's happened before, I have seen posts with some random ways gems are lost, but it's quite rare with castle. Support should get back to you within a week because of the holidays.
