Snowflakes

Can't collect anymore on snowflakes. Reached on what I think the max on level 965, but now any level I play I can't collect anymore.

I also have been at (and conquered) level 965 for some time now. I cannot find a level to play (rather, re-play) that will give me more snowflakes. I have uninstalled and re-installed and still have only grayed out snowflake

will this be the end...???

I have a few more levels to play. I think 6 or 7 new ones. So can collect again.
