One crazy glitch just happened

I had 21 counters of food and one that the minimum number of plates was around 6,000-7,000 and one counter had over 100,000 plates. I had just the finished second of 13 grills worth of cheese steaks on the counter (36,000+plates) and prepared some peking duck, exited the game, went back in to check a notification (tips), and was greeted with 1,977,000+ coins while I was gone. I was confused. I then looked at my counters and the only thing that was there were around 9,000 cheese steaks and the peking duck on the grills.

Anyone experience something like this?

Did you block the door? Sometimes people block the door, but the game keeps running. Then, when the door is unblocked, the game takes out all the food that it was counting while the door was blocked & gives you the coins for it.

Oh, well, that would explain it. Yes, I did unblock it. I didn't know that about the counting while the door was blocked. Thank you for the explanation.
