Out of energy pops up when still under 4 hours unlimited play

Won the last level of the solo event, was awarded 4 hours unlimited play.

Just tried to play a game, the "out of energy" message popped up. I still have 3 hours and 34 minutes but can't use.

My device is iPhone 5s/game version 2.3.2/
