Lost 100 gems

I was trying to expand my fashion store and pressed the button to expand. I lost 100 gems in this expansion, but no expansion... what happened to my gems? Please expand my store to 30 x 33, that is what I intended to purchase. Not sure what I bought. Thank you. Magpiepixie

Try force closing and reopening your game to see if your expansion option shows up.

I force closed the game, then for extra effort I shut down my iPad. No, change. My store still did not expand. Thank you for your quick reply and help.

I had someone check your game history and you did not buy the expansion, you bought coins.
