Problems with getting rivers following mastering factory item

Anyone else having problems with getting a river following mastering a factory item? Prior to the update the river would show up in the inventory. Now, upon mastery, a pop up window says there'd should be a river inn the inventory but when I go to the inventory there's simply an icon of the item I've mastered (coin bots for instance). It seems like sometimes the icon gets converted to a river eventually but other times it just disappears and no river is awarded. If I try to place the icon of the mastered item on the city board, it won't allow that action. Seems like I've lost two or three rivers into cyberspace at this point...

Just found a work around. I also have the Valentine's Day edition. If I open that the river is in the inventory and the icon of the mastered item is gone. So, if you're having this problem you can get around it if you have the Valentine's Day edition.

If you just close the game and open up again the river is there.

But it's a bug tho
