Solar Fyre won't Create

Edited to try to edit title. Supposed to say Solar Fyre won't create!!!

Hi, so final battle got me to 19885 of 20000 warm feystones, so i paid for more gold this morning. In Sweden, is nearly 7pm now.
So now spell shop is clear i pay my gold, click create and wait for my dragon. After 15-25 seconds the gold returns and create stops. I've tried everything I can think of, rebooting game, devices, trying on Android phone vs IPad, completing other items first, just paying gold and waiting.. also just cancels after little time!

So what can I do, its been nearly 10 hrs now, luckily at least a few days left. Please let me know of any suggestions/ thoughts on this. Never had anything like this before.
