I don't find my item

Hi, I've bought several gems package ( 275 gems ) to try to collect items I like. And I don't find the 1st prize in my items. I've tried to clear and restart the game I still don't have it . I'm feeling very bad and angry.Who could help me please?

If you are talking about purchasing a crate or box, when you purchase a crate or box, you will receive one item from the box by random draw.
You cannot choose which item from the box. Check you inventory to see if you have any of the items offered from the crate /box you purchased.

I know we can't choose the item, I ve ever bought a lot of boxes, but I don't find the item I've winned in the crate, I've checked in my inventory and he s not here . I've bought 4 packages of gems and I had 400 gems in the game and now I just have 62 gems and without the item I've winned, that's why I'm sad and angry.

I've bought 4 gems offers ( 275 gems ) and I ever had 400 gems, I've opened almost 120 french bakery crate boxes and finally I ve winned the french bakery crate 1st prize but I still don't have it in my inventory.
