I would like a nugget with all energygiving animals (alicorns, unicorns, armored direwolf, these horses, ...) too. So we can compare them when we can buy or craft one but have to choose between different animals (collection time, energy and other drops).

They are Adult Rouncey and Adult Destrier in the inventory guide. They drops 40 energys every week. At least the ones in my kingdoms do, so I assume the ones on the sale do the same.

they have always and each weekly collection drop 40 energy each. as midsom and meme mentioned.. compared to the White Alis they also have a guranteed drop other useful materials mentioned.
the only other difference is in their aspect.. the White Alis are more elegant and symbol of the game, the horses are simple and look insignificant.. but definitely are more useful as save you the time and energy in crafting the swords and amours needed for the Adventures.

Oh I have been planning for this for months so I am just at 3450 gems now. Pretty healthy for this sale I hope. I am going to see if I can hit him up for maybe $15 extra or so 😜 But considering the fact that he gave me a pair of emerald earrings yesterday and we are leaving for 10 days in London tonight (our second trip to the UK in 6 weeks), I might not be too lucky 😂😂😂. This is such a disappointing sale to me. I got my gnomes and a second Dragon Bones, and I might get Pepe Jr. But I don’t need more daily Alicorns. I was really hoping for a second Mithril Dragon or even another weekly Ali. But of course those aren’t sale just when we could use them to get the Armored Direwolves. I don’t even have a gem sale, but my other games do. And I can’t even see whatever buildings are on sale because I guess I have them all. (Shrug) Oh well. Guess I’ll just save my gems for Christmas.

I too was hoping for the weekly alicorn but from what I am reading the rouncey and desterier both are just like the weekly alicorn in the drops of energy plus to it they have an additional drop as well.

There were definitely some buildings on sale last year that I wasn't able to afford that I still don't have. So they haven't re-released nearly what they did. I am glad I didn't go for the skelecorn at Halloween though. That sucker was expensive. Talked the hubs into an extra $28 for the gem sale so ended up with just over 4500 gems to spend. I am now down to 8 😂😂 those went fast!! 4 Rounceys, 4 destriers, 4 more pink Ali's, 3 wedding Ali's and 4 flower power Ali's and one gentleman troll. Don't forget that Rouncy and the destrier both drop 40 energy /7 days just like the weekly Ali. I am SUPER dissapointed that the mithril dragon isn't on sale. I think that was a poor move on S8's part. I would have bought 2 or 3 more had they been on sale.

Now. S8. Time to come out with some stuff that drops a massive amount of coins. I think I am pretty covered on energy for the mo.

I just got a gem sale for 12 hours, it's the normal 30% off. I am personally pleased with what was offered, but that's because I took time off from the game and missed a few things (Rouncey/Destrier) and held off on other things (golden mine) when the price was too high. And I have a VERY hard time not gambling all of my gems into rainbow pots. Feasts, building supplies, expansion permits--rainbow pots are one of my favorite things to splurge on, besides unlimited energy bundles. I do think they should've listened to the masses about the mithril dragon and items from long ago (I think every time the subject comes up, Love Shack is the number one item most missed out on and it has never been available since its original release) but I was thankful for what was offered and a gem sale to come along with it.

I think the the daily Alis are a better energy value anyway. Their minimum drop is 4 energy daily and sometimes more. You can get 3 for less than the price of the weekly 40 energy horses. 3 x 4= 12 x 7 days= 84 energy vs 40 energy once every 7 days.

they were from an Easter event.. using the Glimmeregg Forge we could make decorated Easter eggs and place for deco use. These Glimmeregg Alis would just drop eggs which go into your inventory if you don't have the forge to craft.

You have to grow up your horses...I think you have to click once a day for 5 days. Then it is a 7 day timer for 40 energy after that.

The troll horns are not a guaranteed drops, but they almost always drop, and they often drop 2 horns. Plus troll essence, and bones. The Golden Mine gives 1 guaranteed golden item per day (plus various other mining items). It's your choice on what you need. You can also look up each item, their drops, and their timers in the Hub.

I don't recommend the white weekly alicorn at full price when you could get 6 flower power daily Ali's for the same 600 gems. The 6 daily Ali's can drop between 4 to 100 energy every day. The weekly Ali drops 40 per week. So your 6 dailies would net you 126 energy in a week (at a minimum, maybe more) compared to only 40 from the weekly Ali. I prefer the daily Ali's personally.

The flower power Ali's drop the same energy as the other daily Ali's. Someone mentioned that the flower powers drop fewer coins than the others which might account for their cheaper price. I have several and they are great.

The plain white ail for 600 gems is (fairly positive) a weekly one, and has same drop. While I've won one from the daily videos instead of buying, for the price it's a waste in my opinion. You would be better served buying the daily alis as you get 4-8 energy regularly with a chance for higher drops (10-20-40-100). As explained in a previous post, you get more energy in a week from them compared to a weekly ail. As for gold items, I bought 2 mines last time they were in the market and I'm happy with the buy. Daily you get either a nugget, egg or apple, plus ore and usually dust. The also have a (rare) chance of dropping many other items. I've received a peg statue, the multi colored hedge, and something else that escapes me at the moment. Definitely worth at least getting 1 of. Hope this helps, I love love to know what you decide:)

So, wishful thinking here, but if one is lucky enough to get the 50 or 100 energy, would that be in addition to the energy you had at the time or does it cap at 50 or 100? not hard to decide in my opinion.. whatever gives you energy is a better investment than 'just deco'. considering for the rest of your CS play you'll have daily energy drops whether few or the chance of 100.

as you said.. it adds to whatever total you may have in your energy bar. only thing is if you don't use it immediately your energy-bar won't recharge hourly with the 40 free energy you're given, as you're over 40, but, there has never been a problem using extra energy on stocking up or completing something left behind. they don't drop that often.. and when they do.. it's pleasure.

Gold Mines drop rare items now and then and also help with the 5gem trade.
I don't know if you already have any daily alicorns.. but these are positive assets too as give daily drops. All depends how many Alis you have. If you have enough go for the Gold Mine.. if not many Alis.. go for those, or the horses that drop weekly energy.

I always buy those in bulk. Out of the 30 or so I chopped today, I got 7 expansion permits. But it's never a guarantee. They're a gamble, but they drop so many things: potions, building supplies, expansion permits, trade tickets, food items, feasts. I personally enjoy them, but there is a chance you'll get "duds".

No, you have to place it on your board, then hit edit button, tap on Rainbow pot then tap store button.

Nope, they are the pups, once they are full grown they drop things. Now if you don't tend them they remain babies.

I never seem to have luck on this game I've bought a lot of rainbow pots and have only gotten 4 expansion tickets and that's mostly what's on my wish list. I'm very happy with the sale. Had not spent any gems for ages hoping for things I wanted, so had around 900 to spend.

Got the gentleman troll - will really help with trades for much needed coin! Got Pepe jnr as a treat because he's cute :)
Got 4 daily alis, to even up with ones I had.
Now deciding if I want another gold mine or 2 more alis.

Has also left me enough to get a pink jellyfin to help with the mermaid quest!

And on looking thru my inventory, I found I had the piles of gold, golden brazier and throne which I didn't realise had the chance to drop items. With such small footprints, they are now out.

I never seem to have luck on this game I've bought a lot of rainbow pots and have only gotten 4 expansion tickets and that's mostly what's on my wish list. Like some of the other things but when I saw some got 7 out of 20 pots and another got like 21 I got all excited but with every pot I started getting bummed out. Might try a few more then I'm done.

I didn't have luck either! 10 rainbow pots chopped I got 1 expansion ticket. When I read they were dropping tickets abundantly I got excited too and bought some.. but no luck for me. I got lots of meals though.. lol!

Lol I do agree they are not very attractive, definitely my least favorite Ali! If we could get rid of the sunglasses, that’d be an improvement! Those flower power alis need a makeover :rolleyes:

If I have a level 7 Vineyard estate, is there any way to purchase the vineyard estate that is on sale (I tried to sell my level 7 Vineyard estate, but it cannot be sold )? When I attempt to purchase it, I receive a message that reads "You're at your limit! Level up to build more structures of this type." However, I am at level 50 and cannot level up. Are there any buildings that I can sell in order to buy the Vineyard Estate that is on sale for Black Friday? Also, it appears that the Vineyard Estate that is on sale for Black Friday is a level 10. You can only have 1 estate. BF version seems to be L10, the graphics matches. Now it is more intended for people that did not participate in the event. I would suggest the Wizard School as you can collect from it several times a day and get more energy by collecting Spellbooks from your libraries.

If I remember correctly Pepe Jr was offered in a value pack which included gems time ago. He was definitely not a reward in any event.
He is a cutie.. but reading his drops don't see anything so valuable for the price asked. But.. being a collectors item as one of it's kind, the price is explained.
It's all up to the individual player whether to welcome in their kingdom as part of the family, even if not essential.

I agree, I have 1 Wizard School that gives 8 energies each time, so I can get at least 24 energies a day during events..but the alicorns are so stingy, usually only 4-5 energies a day :(

Lemon tree - it's the only fruit tree I don't have, so it would allow me to do delicious trades from time to time and slowly build up more gems. On the other hand, it's not on sale and it's also available to buy all year round unlike the other two options - so I could save up for it after the sale is over and my new golden mine will help with that (Yay!).

Gentleman troll - I always need more coins and a regular source of troll horns would mean being able to do the troll hunter trade regularly instead of once in a blue moon.

But I want to know - will my neverending need for more coins disappear when I get to higher levels, and render Mr gentleman troll redundant? In RS 2 I eventually reached a point where I was overflowing with coins. I am currently level 28 in CS and coins is probably my most limiting resource (them and iron ore). But if he's going to become redundant because I'll get to a point where I have enough coins soon/ish then I'd rather use my gems for something else.

In my opinion I would go for either the alicorn or troll leaning more towards the troll as you will need a huge amount of coin for the mermaid quests just to expand there is 500000 it is a very coin hungry quest so in my opinion the troll is the best option I'm seriously going to buy a second one just waiting to see if they may by some slight chance to surprise us with cyber Monday and put love shack in the market. I love my Gentleman Troll so much that I got him a buddy during the Black Friday sale - although I have them set up so that it looks like they are going after each other with their umbrellas ;) It's quite amusing. I always need more troll horns for the exchange trade - especially since we are burning through so many coins lately.

So if you are already planning on getting the Gentleman Troll, I would focus on the Flower Power Alicorns, since they are a bit cheaper than the other daily alicorns.

I agree with this as well. Most of my orchard came from doing the adventures (can't remember which one) and you also have a chance for trees now in the "Free Gift" videos. And they may put the Lemonade Stand back in the Baron's Tent. So I wouldn't use gems for the trees.

And as I said in my previous post, I'm a huge fan of the Gentleman Troll (his animation is very cute and the troll horns come in handy!) and 100 gems is a good deal for the Flower Power Alicorns. They aren't my favorite design, but it is nice having the extra flower petal drops and they have a fairly good chance of giving you more than 4 energy.

I bought 3 gentleman trolls, specifically for the Troll Hunter trade. They have a one hour timer, and drops include all 3 items needed for the trade. I'm level 50, and I always need coins. Expansions, events, adventures, and certain building supplies require coin. So for me, this was the best item available on sale. :)

Without doubt Alis. Secondary resources of energy is always necessary specially during events. The cheaper Flower Power Ali @100 is fine.

I got lured in by the sales and the advice here, so instead of saving my gems I got the Gentleman Troll.

I think he'll be useful for getting the resources for the Troll hunter trade - which will be a game change for me as I normally ignore this trade. Until the mermaids came along I'd never been that bothered by the coins it gives, and have preferred other shorter trades, but now it's time to think of coins. I'll be interested to see if he turns into a key resource for me. He does twitch rather a lot, so may have to stand behind something! So far he's given me a few troll horns since I'm currently maxxed out on most of his other drops.

And on my other game - where I had more gems - I got the gold mine. Been wanting this for ages and have been so envious of everyone who had it. Hooray!

How about that dragon bones?

The dragon bones have the same drops as normal dragons (NO mithril drops) and is pretty big. But I definitely recommend you spend the 50 gems on that instead of 200 on a dragon. These are some of the drops that I remember: dragon scales, a few coins, energy, 2 gems, armor, sword...I also think it can drop wisp. Check the hub for definite drops though. Good luck
