Flower Boquets in the collectibles

Flower Bouquets can still be obtained from the Collectibles feature; I think they're just on the rarer side compared to other Collectibles prizes. The Collectibles parts for this prize are obtained via purchasing wallpaper and wall decor.

I just got a flower trophy today after playing daily for more than five years. So it can certainly take awhile to collect.
