Help with level 367

There are only 2 ice creams on this level but they are behind barriers. One sits on the top left $ one on the top right. How on earth do I get the ice cream to fall? I have not been able to break the barrier even once through many tries. Can anyone tell me what has to be done before the ice cream comes out behind the barrier? Please? Thanks.

Hi there. I think you have to somehow break those blue cookies first, and then reach the red paint bucket to make them spill out red paints in order to break the red cookies...and after the red cookies are gone, the ice cream will fall down...of course there are other ways to do it as well....
