Beaver Dam- Aspen's gathered but never showed as available

I just (this evening) gathered 4 of my aspen trees, and my pigs, and neither the aspen bundles nor the mud buckets showed up in my barn! Help, it took me ages to get the corn for the trees, and now I am nervous to gather anything else!
I did a forced restart, and it did not restore the parts.
