3 new buildings with the update

I haven't updated my City Story yet, and based on the 100% negative feedback it seems to be garnering I don't think I will be, not unless they fix what they managed to break.

But I have heard there are 3 new buildings with the update. Does anyone have any pictures or details of what they are? I may not be updating anytime soon but it has been so long since any real update I can't help but be curious what they are and how much they cost?
