I'm going to try to figure out as much about Spooky element as possible - discovered it is ALSO weak against Spring! ( Not only water).

No, it doesn't give ANY fairy crowns or king seeds! So far Colosseum is more like....never ending tournament. You have 35 days to complete it, collect ( this time 335 tokens) to get the grand prize - super rare animal. Last time....I think only two people posted they got it? ( One was me...) Most just gave up, as it required 490 tokens. - you would have had to win 13 battles per DAY! Over one month period - basically it was almost impossible.

Well...so far I use it mostly to try to find out strengths and weaknesses against new elements..spooky/ fairy...etc..
Last time - barely anyone could even make it to the grand prize.
It sort of works like this: If you win - you get 1 streak per battle ( 1 token) towards grand prize. If you keep up your winning streak - you will get eventually 2 extra tokens ( 3 in total per battle) - basically the more you win in row - the easier it is. ( Time also shortens between battles.) But for most people - they are completely unable to hold streak over like 1-2 ..so it is actually impossible.
Mostly it is a gemhole - 24 gems to "keep your streak after losing 1 battle" . One loss- and you lose all your bonus....so.....yeah, it is unfair android doesn't have it...but IOS players mostly just complain about colosseum - and gave up. The thread was SO quiet.

I like it for testing too. We have seen a lot of new opponents with elements we have not been able to test against until now. I might have been able to get Tidesdale had I really applied myself to battling every hour. I am hoping that the lowered number of tokens needed this time might make this goal a little more reachable.

but if you win several battles in a row, it is less ;)
you need 10 tokens per day. if you can win 4 battles in a row, you can have those 10 tokens. it is more doable than tidesdale, and more interesting since it is a fairy hybrid. i will try since events are completely impossible

Oh...I don't worry about myself at all - I'm already on 129 tokens on new animal. I can fight every 30 minutes as my current streak is 190. Testing Spooky ( and other new types to learn more about them).....

If anyone else tries to keep insane streak - you get to keep it even if NEW tournament starts...you won't lose your streak and won't have to start from point zero with every animal. I won Tidesdale and when I started Aurumoth tournament - streak remained the same + bonuses.

No. I have not spent a single gem on the colosseum, even if it is hard to believe. I wouldn't do that so soon in the game anyway...there are like...25 + days left, so why would I waste so many gems on this- if I wanted this animal SO badly - it would be way smarter to get as far as I can - and then on the last day - ( considering how far I'm form last goal...decide if I want to go for gems or not.) So - no, didn't spend gems.

You must be extremely lucky. I just cannot get streaks beyond two now. Don?t get me wrong. I played quite well with tournaments. I never failed a tournament and rarely struggle with it. It?s almost impossible not to fail in a long streak. I found sometimes it?s the common animals I couldn?t beat. My best Ultra Rare fighters often cannot beat these common animals while I can beat the legendary ultra rares relatively easily.

You should report it! Arena and regular battleground should not mix with Colosseum streak.

I think so many players have ended regular Battlegrounds so far back, that no one even noticed this bug.

Yeah, I had quit the battles for a while and apparently picked the wrong time to start them again... To make matters worse, I lost the streak after one of the boss battles, which I couldn?t have possibly gotten in one try. At least the streak had only been a measly 4...

Oh yes this happens all the time in my game. Can't get screenshots. But it also only sometimes works the other way, win a tournament round and you have one extra streak, but not all the time. But lose a tournament round and you definitely lose the streak.

They shouldn't! They are NOT equal. Also...Colosseum ultimate hi is 12 gems, while it is 30 on the arena. So you would lose more than 2 as many gems to "keep the streak". Also...I have finished the colosseum - currently - if I don't touch it - my HUGE streak should stay and remain until the next battle starts there- all the bonuses intact and ready to go. But now - Although I have already won the Automath - if I lose even one battle on arena - I would lose all that! Those are separate buildings and players should NOT worry about losing their streak while they are doing normal tournament on arena or battlegrounds!

Unfortunately, if I win in the tournament, it does not add to my streak unless I have lost in the Colosseum. Then I have one. But lose in the tournament and most of the time I lose the streak. There is no consistency in my game. Wish they were totally separate.

Huh. That hasn?t been my experience that I?ve noticed. All of my wins contribute to the Colosseum streak.

Yes it does, I battle the colosseum first then the regular tourney. One of the glitches they haven't corrected yet.

I was going to thank s8 for letting android have colosseum but decided it's not worth playing. When doing a tourney and speed playing it cost 4 gems to speed up the hr but the colosseum wants 6 gems. Turns out to be another gem trap by s8. So not happy with the direction they keep taking this game. It's totally designed in their favor. I'll be out of room in a matter of weeks so there is only one thing i can do is to delete the game. Thanks s8, it was fun for awhile. This game has such great potential but the greed is greater than the desire to be a great game.
