Sorry but I will not be participating in this one. Only seven days and you need 2,000 points to be eligible for the community event. I don't see that happening for me. That's just under 300 points a day. This will be the first WE I have not actively participated in.

Well...those events for past few months have NOT been possible without spending TONS of gems. THey have pushed the milestones WAY too high! Last time - even with gems- I barely made it to the community prizes...and would have needed like 1600 more to even get the final prize.

It's usually 15,000 apples (I think) and no extra points for hatching.

Queens Crowns

A Royal Spring Goal (1st event -WE)

1. Collect 50 spring petals for +200 queens crowns (1% toward Fairy Queen)

2. Collect 175 spring petals for +200 queens crowns (2% toward Fairy Queen)

3. Collect 375 spring petals for +600 queens crowns (I'm at 5% toward Fairy Queen)

4. Collect 1050 spring petals for +1200 queens crowns (I'm at 11% toward Fairy Queen)

5. Collect 2400 spring petals for + 1800 queens crowns (I'm at 20% toward Fairy Queen)

** 20% is max for Queens Crowns for this first November event


Kings Pendants

Breeding gives pendants random amts depending on what you breed

1. Hatch Chrysantheram for 3000 pendants

So often the case lately, I won’t get it either at this rate 20 stupid good for nothing fairy ferrets no matter what I try. I am sick of the sight of them. There should be a fail limit, but they are too greedy for that.

Yep! Totally agree. I can't spend real money on these games, so rely on gems from friends. Used mine up last event and didn't get any animals apart from a few. Defo not the cat and steed thing. I don't understand why they changed the WE, they were fine before. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

I agree! World events used to be attainable and a nice goal between LB and SB that everyone could do without gems. Every event costs now so I refuse to spend another dime on this game, and since no one likes to play and continually fail, I imagine my quit time will soon follow.

You are not alone. There are about 27 hours left in the WE, and I am still 265 points shy of event getting the first creature prize. I have spent at least 100 gems speed hatching and speed breeding useless ferrets, and still have no ram to show for it. I feel like I have wasted those gems. I think the S8 team has a really distorted view of what they think game elements are worth. That the spring fairy alone costs almost $63 (if the gems were purchased on sale) is, in my very humble opinion just ridiculous. When I first started playing this game, I was happy to buy some gems to help my game along. That help I was giving myself seemed much more reasonable in terms of real dollars at that time. But now? There's pretty much no point, because I don't have the game budget that events seem to require these days. I am fairly certain I will be ignoring the rest of this month's events, as there is no way I'm going to be able to win or buy any of the prizes.

$63?!?!! Omg! That's too much and only 1 fairy. So you'd prob need treble to get the others. Y are they doing this I don't understand. They obviously read our posts. I’m so happy to see I’m not the only one feeling this way. I’m trying to get to 2000 but honestly, I don’t even know why. All my breedings fail. I got common honey bear but apart from it, I haven’t been able to get a limited animal in months. Not fun anymore and I refuse to spend another dime. And honestly, since I paid for the gold unicorn a few months back, it seems my success rate in breeding collapsed. As if they thought I would keep spending if I didn’t get anything. I won’t get the fairy so I won’t get the feu foal, I won’t get to 2400 petals so I lose any chance I had to get the fairy queen. Disappointing and useless. No use trying anymore. They ruined this game for me.

start on page 10 and work your way to present. Even the community prizes were more attainable with some WE only needing 200, 400 or 600. I even saw a WE that only needed 25 to start off the community prize. Habitats were a individual prize along with a forest animal being the 2nd individual prize. Now we get decorations that we cannot use due to insufficient space. Ahh the good old days. When I was able to complete the WE, that now seems a distant memory as the last few WE have been very very disappointing and very unattainable.

Can i make a suggestion to S8. How about you keep players happy and interested.

Can we please, please, please (with sugar on top) have an extension for the Signs of Spring WE?

Fairy is absolutely unattainable. Even when I was a brand new player a year ago I could finish a world event. Not now. And if we don't get the first fairy, we can't have the Pegasus or whatever it is. They'll probably offer it in a "value" pack for $30 in a few months.

Honestly, the trend lately just makes me sad. I did manage with 6 hours remaining to get the 1600 petals necessary for the Poppy Hopper. But that was as much as was possible this time without spending gems. I planted constantly - even Rune Prunes, which I hate because they are such a waste of time for so little gain - but I wanted to make sure to get as many petals as I could. And I always keep my breeding den and two nests busy. Oh, and mined all my bombs.

I would have been slightly less disappointed if the first animal had at least had the new element.

I've just about managed to get to the community prizes. But it did mean completely giving up on the Chrisantharam early on, and on stocking up on loads of food. I've been going for the 20 hr crops instead of for the higher yield.

I decided I'd much rather get two animals in the board than risk not getting any going for the super-rare breed goal.

It's been so tough to get to the community goal line. Not impressed by that.
I actually am starting to wish the poppy hopper had come with a hatch and feed goal this time for extra points towards the WE.

I don't know if other players have noticed that on lower accounts it's easier to breed the animals required to encourage players to play and spend money. I have two accounts and on my baby account I have managed to breed the Candy horn, the Porcuplenty and the Chrysantheram. On my level 196 account I've not manages to breed any animals that are needed for this month and last. I guess S8 thinks as I've been playing for a few years I'll spend gems if I can't breed the animals I need. It's the opposite I'm not spending gems on events that are impossible to complete. I've got over 60+ animals in storage so don't even have space for the new ones.

I really hope this isn’t an indication of how the Spring Fairy is going to look when it hatches from its egg.

Only managed to collect the required number of Spring Petals because of some speed breeding done for the Chrysantheram and Porcuplanty combined with loads of lucky mining done after each round of breeding.

S8 used to double/triple the event rewards from the mine but stopped that several events ago just to make the events impossible to complete without the use of gems.

There’s no use repeating the rants about how greedy they’ve become because they’ll just tell you that the game is free-to-play but to “maximise” your gaming experience, you are required to spend a certain amount of money.

It’s also probably why they haven’t raised the habitat limits, make players spend gold to upgrade 3-animal habitats to 4-animal habitats.

About 2 hrs and 5 minutes left. I'm still 11 short of 1600. But, I forgot my spring steeple was still out (thought I had put it away last night when I was rearranging things). So now I only need one more round of food and the two eggs on my nest. It will be close!

As so many have said already, this event is just too short this time :( So can forget about the Spring Fairy, and as a consequence the Fairy Queen and Foal. Breeding is fairly impossible again, so the Fairy King also seems out of reach (not by lack of trying). Fortunately not too crazy about the fairies myself, but the increased difficulty of reaching the goals in the game is really taking the fun out of it.

How are we on the community prizes? Have to decide whether it is worth to at least get to 2000...
Would be nice if we could buy boosters for WE like for LB!

If you have bombs you can get petals from mining as well.

I was excited to get back into this game, but after realizing how impossible goals are, I've learned my lesson and will never purchase gems again. What's the point? You still can't get the final prize even after spending $40.

Another really frustrating event that was totally unachievable without spending a fortune, after playing contantly for the whole event from the beginning using 2 nests I didn't even get one animal and the breeding was impossible as it always seems to be now. I really loved this game but I'm feeling like I'm wasting my time even trying to play now and spending so much of my time on it with totally impossible goals that leave you completely disheartened after it's over. I feel it should be made that if you put the time and effort in to the game you get rewarded not that you get nothing but some decorations that you can't even place as we have no spare space as it's been made so hard to expand and end up with all your animals in storage. Grrrrrrrrrrr

Well...I fell short (way short) of the 3200 needed for the Spring fairy, so why bother trying to get the other two? I think the only pretty one is Winter fairy, so I'd like to get it. I won't be emptying my pockets this month trying to get a Fey Foal, so I guess that's the silver lining in all this.

If S8 would make the goals a little easier, people wouldn't mind spending a few bucks on gems OR make the gem prices reasonable! But when you have an unreachable goal added to outrageous gem prices, no wonder we all are so frustrated that we want to quit the game. This is just terrible business strategy on top of deplorable customer service. S8 will soon put themselves out of business!

I was 300 short of the extra crowns and after completing all last month and still falling short I am quitting the rest now. no sense playing the rest od the events. I.will build up my food and hatch animals in storage.

DId not even come close to getting the rabbit and I play a lot. This was a ridiculous event, I hope it doesn't become a pattern. Games are not fun when the goals don't feel achievable.

Agree, goals are too high. I only barely made it to poppy hopper so didn't even open community prizes. Put world events back the way they were they're awful now

Hmm... it seems that we have, over the years of playing, lost sight of the fact that this is a Free-to-Play game that offers In-App Purchases. What this means is that about 90% of the game may be enjoyed without our spending a single cent; the only thing required is plenty of elbow grease and luck. However, to have the additional 10% of the game, we're expected to spend a certain sum of money, the actual amount rising with every 1% increase of the last 10%.

In this event, it was entirely possible to obtain the Poppy Hopper even with just one nest and one evolution flower within the seven days allotted. With some luck, maybe a whole lot of it, we'd also be able to get the Spring Thawbin. The Spring Fairy? Well, that's outside the 90% Free-to-Play zone so we'd have to fork out some money to get it.

Just in case we were wondering about the difficulty in obtaining a particular animal within a limited time, the game does offer two different ways to get it, either penny ante your way up with speed breeding and hatching or simply purchasing it from the store for a fixed price. The former method offers you a chance to gamble for the animal and possibly "win" it at a cost lower than its store price, but of course like in all casinos, the odds favor the house.

I have four nests and the Concussive Canary. The canary only gave me 42 extra petals for the event (3 bombs/day with an average of 2 petals/bomb), but I suppose every little bit counts. In addition, I spent about 200 gems speed breeding for the Chrysantheram and another 30 to evolve it to level 10 since I got it on the second to last day of the event. I collect from the Spring Steeple three or four times a day, and I used every bomb I had. Even after all that, I still needed to spend another 30 gems to reach 3200 points.

I'd hate to think how far off I'd be without those extra nests and the speed breeding. :\

I am also super happy that you guys changed the community prizes to apples and runes since I really prefer those over decorations that sadly I don't have space to display them.

THe animals were gorgeous and the community prizes were good.
I really hope you guys don't change them. I like how the community prize animal is not the first one to get compared to before were we would struggle like crazy to try and get the final one.
