Not getting werewolves!!!

I'm collecting like crazy, but I hardly get any werewolves! So can't make the potions! So can't level up! You need to make the werewolves appear more often! PLEASE!!! FIX THIS!!! Thank you!

This is what works for me: you need to have at least 15-20 cows out minimum. Spawns cycle. I had this checked at the beginning of the event and the spawn rates are stable and work as expected.
