Help!

When I play restaurant story, I can't hear the music! I have checked the 'options' menu several times and the music is on, but I can only hear the sound effects and alerts! I always have my volume up all the way, so volume isn't a problem. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG!!!!!!

This happens to me all the time i click the music off then back on and it starts playing again you might try it
