When can you send gifts to more than 3 people?

I send gifts every day, but it only lets me send to three people. When does that end? I'm sure my neighbors all think I just don't send them...or maybe they know you can only send to three people.

Never, you can only send 3 Gold daily, hasn’t changed in the 5 years I have been playing!
