Anyone else download the Vampire game and not get the gems?

In the past I've received gems for downloading new games but this time...nothing!

Mine took a day before they showed up. Play to at least level 2 in vampires just to make sure your stormID attaches. Home, gear icon, storm8. While you are there set a password so you can post in these forums with your stormID.
