My game froze up while I was trying to double-tap my stove to cook something. I tried to tap the screen a few times to see if anything happened or if it would move at all. (but I was just tapping the stoves, no messages ever popped up. All of the sudden it unfroze and had picked brownies and charged me 5 gems to finish the dish instantly. Obviously I would not spend 5 gems to finish a dish instantly that only takes 1 minute to cook. This only happened because the game froze. Please refund my gems...they were the only 5 I had!!
