Trying to find the Find A Neighbour thread

I know there is a thread somewhere for people looking for neighbours, but I just can't find it. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? (Sorry for starting a new thread, but I have looked and just can't see it!)

Please note, before sending Neighbour requests, that I am specifically looking for a regular gold-swapping Neighbour, because I have lost one of mine.
