Red Stars

When you go to the main menu and then click on social and you are in the community tab what do those red stars mean and how do you get them?

They are earned for tipping. I don't know how many times you have to tip to get to 4 stars. But as long as you are tipping everyday, you should be able to maintain a 3-4 star rating once you reach 4. When visiting the community, you will probably want to tip those with 3-4 stars, since they will most likely tip you back. The higher your star rating, the more chance others will randomly visit to tip you. It's also good to leave a message when you tip, even something small like "tipped" or a smiley face. The News Feed only shows the last ten people who tipped, so if you would like to be tipped back, it's best to leave a message.
