Help me please, Can you list tips on how to breed a specific animals with little to no fails?

Should I use CU with the elements of the specific animal or just use the primary parents? (Ex. Rock Rhino + Lightning Leopard)
More tips would be very helpful! Also combos are helpful since I am trying for thunder mammoth for Libra since i really want it plus I am bored. I would also like Monarchy Dragon.

I need Thunder Mammoth too, plus I am trying for Monarch Dragon too.
Maybe try not to breed specifically, but instead try breeding all the elements at once? (Lightning - Earth hybrid + Lightning - Fire hybrid)
Maybe try breeding the primaries over and over?

I always use my crystal unicorn then an animal with both elements of the one I'm trying for. That way, there's a chance at a crystal fail. (And they are the only ones I need in the game!)
