Game not loading to correct level. Help!?!

Can anyone help???? I'm on level 851 and had 400+ rubies. Today when I logged in it takes me to level (851). But says it is locked. It shows all other levels locked as well, except level 1 and 2. I have logged in and out of Facebook and Game Center, and still no change. It now also only says I have 20 rubies.

Can you log into you Game Center and restart the app to see your game progress?
