New to Farm Story - any responses to frustrated threads?

I am new to this game, and never indulged in any of this silly stuff until my friend begged me to. So now I'm addicted. Came to this forum to learn more about the game, haven't yet - however I have found others are experiencing the same frustrations as me in regards to the options, gem usage, buttons, etc. The interesting part is I have never experienced the previous version of this game, which tells me there are issues that need resolved. As loyal gamers I am surprised there has been no response to the thread messages, especially considering the overwhelming response and agreement received over the latest update - and it was not a positive one.

So Community Managers - what say you on these issues? Do you have anything to say to those who are frustrated and yet remain loyal to team lava?

OP: The mods here rarely comment in threads, and when they do it isn't anything that addresses issues people have. Don't bother making suggestions or requests either, they'll just be soundly ignored.

Really, best we can hope for is amusing porn image spam...
