videos issues

anyone got problems with watching videos ?
today when i tried to watch videos to get extra spin, it always stops and back to DS like as it can not upload the videos
or when it upload the video, i don't have extra spin.
same for Fantasy Forest Story.
don't know what is going on , but if it keeps this way, it is their loss not mine : no videos means no ads income for them !

After spinning once, exit out of feature and collect some coins, then go back in to try video again.
