Staying in Paris Cruise - ended early

This is the second time that my cruise was taken away early. I live in the EST zone which I believe means I should have until 3am to complete my cruise. It disappeared around 6pm this evening. Any idea why this keeps happening to me? I have never finished a cruise and was actually pretty close to finishing The Paris cruise. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Mine sailed away 10 hrs early.....and I still have items that have the cruise ship on them.... I was almost finished with day 9. I know I was not going to finish the whole cruise but I would have loved to try.....
